This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all users of MakeItOfficiant, operated by AIM Platinum LLC. It outlines the terms related to billing, cancellations, and refunds for digital services.
Digital Services & Access
MakeItOfficiant provides immediate access to digital content, tools, and resources upon registration and/or payment. Because services are delivered digitally and made available instantly, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in this policy.
Refund Policy
- Subscription fees, one-time purchases, and digital content access are non-refundable
- No refunds are provided for unused time, partial subscription periods, or changes in user circumstances
- Refunds are not issued for dissatisfaction with content, features, or outcomes
Cancellations
- Users may cancel subscriptions at any time through their account settings
- Cancellation stops future billing but does not provide a refund for the current billing period
- Access to paid features remains available until the end of the active billing cycle
Billing Errors
Refunds may be issued only in cases of:
- Duplicate charges
- Technical billing errors caused directly by the platform
Approved refunds for billing errors will be processed within 7–14 business days.
No Partial Refunds
- Partial months, unused access, or early cancellations are not eligible for refunds
- Accounts suspended or terminated due to policy violations are not entitled to refunds
